Each session follows a structure inspired by ICF, while staying attuned to what unfolds in the moment. I bring intuition, body awareness, and creativity to our time together, allowing us to explore what's beneath the surface and move toward insight, release, and self-connection.

Yoga & Embodiment

I hold space for you to reconnect with your body through intuitive movement, grounded presence, and the wisdom that rises when you finally slow down enough to listen. This is an invitation to drop from the mind into the body — to feel, breathe, move, release, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

Embodiment unfolds differently for each person. Sometimes it’s gentle stretching and breath. Sometimes it’s barefoot, intuitive movement. Sometimes it’s yoga that opens and softens the places where life has tightened you. Whatever form it takes, the intention is the same: to guide you back into your body’s truth.

Our intuition speaks most clearly when we feel safe, present, and connected to the earth beneath our feet. By softening the analytical mind and tuning into physical sensation, you begin to access clarity, authenticity, and a deep sense of inner homecoming.

Each session may include a blend of:
• grounding breathwork or stillness
• intuitive movement and embodied exploration
• slow, conscious flow or restorative yoga
• walking meditation or barefoot connection to nature
• reflective integration to anchor what arose

You don’t need any movement experience — only an open heart and comfy clothes.

Retreats and circles are the heart of my vision — spaces where people gather, breathe together, move together, and remember that healing becomes softer when it’s held in community. There is something powerful that happens when we sit in a circle, share truth, witness each other, and step into practices that reconnect us with our bodies, our intuition, and our joy.

These gatherings are designed to feel like exhale — a pause from the world, a return to simplicity, and a deepening into who you truly are. Through movement, meditation, embodiment practices, rituals, and honest conversation, we create moments of clarity, release, and connection that ripple far beyond the circle.

I’m currently creating a series of retreats and intimate gatherings that weave together everything I love: conscious movement, yoga, breathwork, creativity, emotional expression, nature, and soul-centered community.

Let’s Get Clear

  • Anything that’s alive for you. Whether it’s a life transition, relationship, body image, career confusion, or emotional overwhelm — no topic is too small or too big. This space is yours to explore, unpack, and process.

  • Not at all. Just come as you are. I recommend having water, your favorite cozy drink, and a quiet space where you feel safe. You don’t need to have answers — just curiosity and willingness to explore.

  • I blend coaching with deep presence, intuition, and body wisdom. I draw from my own lived experiences and use somatics, movement, and reflection to support you in reconnecting with your truth — not just mentally, but physically and emotionally too.

  • No — coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While we may explore emotions and past patterns, the goal is to support your present growth and guide you toward the life you want to create. If therapy is more appropriate, I’ll lovingly recommend it.

  • I work with people who feel stuck, in transition, or ready to deepen their relationship with themselves. Many of my clients are navigating identity shifts, burnout, self-worth challenges, or craving a life of more alignment, joy, and freedom.

  • Clarity. Confidence. Self-trust. Tools to navigate change, soften inner criticism, and reconnect with your intuition. You'll also gain a safe space to be witnessed in your becoming — without shame, judgment, or pressure to perform.

  • If something in you feels called — even a quiet whisper — it’s worth exploring. You don’t have to be “ready” or have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to show up.

  • Regular sessions are currently held online via Google Meets. This allows us to connect wherever you are in the world. All you need is a good internet connection and a quiet space. "Coaching Empowered by Conscious Movement is held in person.

  • Yes! I offer both one-off sessions and packages depending on your needs. Packages are great for deeper transformation, while single sessions are perfect for support in a specific moment.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This honors both our time and ensures I can offer the space to someone else if needed.
